The email address you use to register with or login to the app is made unreadable (pseudonymised using a one-way hashing function) before it is sent from your device to our servers. Your email address cannot be reconstructed by us into its original form or used to contact you.
We take security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We take measures to protect your personal data however we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to us.
We will keep your personal data for as long as we continue to operate this service or until you ask us to delete it by deactivating your account. To request that we deactivate your account to delete your personal data, please use the contact information provided below.
For a one-time contact request to customer support or to reset a password, your online contact information such as an email address is only used to respond to that request.
